Provides participants with strong foundational skills to facilitate online dialogues successfully, including understanding of functions of dialogue and virtual exchange and key principles of facilitation.
Format: 12-16 hours of asynchronous, paced, online and interactive material learning, provided through weekly learning, activities, and personalised feedback.

The training is open and free for participants from partner institutions in the CliVEx project between 18 and 30 years old. The University of Girona is a partner in this project. So, if you are studying at the UdG you can enrol on this course for free.
Trainees must have a basic understanding of the English language and a good technology set-up, and they should be committed to completing the training.
Training content:
You will learn key skills to facilitate constructive group engagement (online and off-line) that promotes self-group awareness and the ability to learn from differences.
