The Greening Plan

UdG

The new Greening Plan approved by the Governing Council on the 30th September 2021, is the tool through which the University of Girona is the tool with which the University of Girona is equipped to guide its future actions in environmental and climate matters. It is presented as a revision and update of the Strategic Greening plan approved by the Governing Council in 2000.

There have been important changes, besides a revision, in the structure and goals, especially in those relating to climate issues. Nowadays, the management of the UdG’s Greening Plan is the responsibility of the Area of Sustainability of the Social Commitment Unit.
