We’re holding Health Week at the University of Girona from 8 to 12 April 2024. 

HEALTH WEEK PROGRAMME- UCSOP activities

Aiming to promote healthy habits among the university community and Girona society, UdGSalut is organising activities, workshops and lectures to celebrate Health Week at the University of Girona’s various campuses.

We organised all the activities, here at the UdG's Social Commitment Unit, dedicated to improving mental health and emotional well-being. 

HEALTH WEEK ACTIVITIES

Laughter therapy

Opening hours:
9 April 2024 from 12 noon to 1.30 pm, or 6 pm to 7.30 pm
