UdG Health Week

We’re holding Health Week at the University of Girona from 8 to 8 April 2022. See all the activities on our programme.

Aiming to promote healthy habits among the university community and Girona society, the Social Commitment Unit, the Sports Service and the Occupational Health Office have all collaborated to offer activities, workshops and lectures to celebrate Health Week at the University of Girona’s various campuses.

In addition, the UdG’s Social Commitment Unit, together with the University of Barcelona, the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Pompeu Fabra University, Universitat Rovira i Virgili, the Open University of Catalonia and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, are holding the 2nd Catalan Interuniversity Health Week that is dedicated this year to improving mental health and emotional well-being and during 6, 7 and 8 April we will be carrying out a series of online activities and a Monologue entitled “The woman of the third second” with Àurea Marquez. We will be speaking about the stigma of the mental illnesses, in the joint work they are carrying out in the USCAT Network.
