Does it cost anything to take part in volunteering?

They are free.As stated in the Students Statute (ME, 2010), all volunteer work must be free of charge.Remember, however, the fact that recognised credit transfer involves a cost set by the academic office of the secretary of your faculty/school.

How can I register for a volunteering activity?

It's easy. You can register here using our online registration form.You only need to select the one you want to do and request registration.Remember to first enter your user name and password.We will receive your application immediately and start the process.

I don t t know if I registered correctly

Once you click on the option “Request Registration” you should receive the message “Your application has been successful” in the same window of your browser, which will mean that you are already registered. If, on the other hand, an error message appears, then get in touch with us at voluntariat@udg.edu .

How can I consult the new volunteering opportunities?

In the “Register” section of our website and on the student intranet.We also update this information on our Facebook and Twitter accounts. 

What do I have to do to validate the credits?

Once the volunteering activity has finished, we will add the credits obtained.We will send you an email for you to request the recognition from the "Recognised Credit Transfer" tab through the Online Office of the Secretary.Remember, however, that requesting recognised credit transfer involves a cost set by the Academic Office of the Secretary of your faculty/school.

I want to deregister from a volunteering activity.What should I do?

Notify the Social Commitment and Career Guidance Unit at the following email address: voluntariat@udg.edu You have to notify us at least one week before the start date, unless it is due to force majeure and duly justified.Failure to comply with this rule will result in penalisation and you will not be able to enrol on any course or activity during the current academic year.
