Mobility

The most natural way of travelling is naturally on foot. If you think about it, the university campuses are hardly far from Girona's neighbourhoods and so, besides being a more environmentally friendly means of transport, walking will also save you time and money. Here are some of the advantages to going on foot:

The WHO recommends doing 30 minutes of physical activity (such as walking at good pace), at least five days per week.
