Communication is a further environmental communication tool whose aim is to promote a collective change, resulting perhaps from small individual changes that are in tune with the new culture of sustainability. The strategic line on Environmental Communication is the means by which the goals, projects, work areas and actions relating to the university strategy of the Greening Plan are disseminated.This strategic line is designed to raise the profile of the initiatives arising directly from Plan, although it also aims to have an impact on participation and the diffusion of strategies, initiatives, campaigns, etc. organised by other institutions.

The various acts and events organised by the UdG’s collectives are a means of defining and implementing greening protocols for the planning and organisation that highlight and disseminate the commitment of all the UdG’s collectives to sustainability, a paradigmatic example being the UdG’s Big Annual Festival and other community celebrations, access the Sustainable Festivals Guide
