At the UdG Health Space we offer emotional support, orientation on sexual health and addictions, and help with managing stress in a confidential and safe space, without judgements.

The was created under a collaboration framework healthcare-promoting agreement between the University of Girona (Social Commitment Professional Guidance Unit) and Girona City Council (Youth Health Centre).You can get more information by listening to the Health Space podcast.

How to reach the Health Space

SEXUALITY

Marta Hernández, midwife

A space to speak openly about sexuality. We provide STD tests, free emergency contraception, advice on sexual health and access to condoms.

Space for reflection and debate that is entirely for you! Here you will be able to take part in various activities where we will work on key emotional, relational health and sexo-affective aspects.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS

Anxiety, relationships, addictions... You are not alone. At the psychological and addiction support service we offer you a safe space to address emotions, relationships, anxiety, consumption of substances and other concerns.
