The University of Girona, through the Social Commitment and Professional Guidance Unit, works to promote well-being in study and work, foster collective emotional well-being, as well as healthy affective and sexual relationships based on education, and encourage healthy sleep habits and schedules, proposing these guidelines as a framework.

PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY

For UdG students

The Psychological Support Service for addictions and sexual and affective health is the result of a collaboration agreement on the promotion of health between the University of Girona (Social Commitment Unit) and Girona City Council (Young People's Health Centre).

For PTGAS and PDI staff at the UdG

The Psychological Support Service for the PTGAS and PDI university community is a free and confidential service offering support, advice and psychological guidance to improve people’s capacities and attitudes.The central idea for the service is that if somebody feels well in themselves, they see and experience life differently.

SAM: Mutual Support and Help

A group psychological support service (consisting of sessions for 8-10 people guided by the University psychologist, where participants will be able to share emotions and experiences, to obtain support to find paths and also resources and opportunities for personal growth.You can check the groups open , and for any queries you can send an email to formacio.osl@udg.edu .
