The University of Girona Inclusion and Diversity Plan 2025-2030, approved by the Governing Council, sets out the roadmap to continue advancing towards a more inclusive, diverse and equitable university.
Since the first government programme, the UdG has assumed the commitment, as a public university, to being a space which is open and accessible to everyone. This commitment has resulted in two main lines of action: improving support for people with specific needs in the university community and opening doors to groups that have traditionally not had it easy to access the university.
The UdG is committed to a diverse and visible community, representative of society, understanding diversity not only as a reflection of reality but also as a collective wealth. With the joint work of the Inclusion Area, experts and territorial networks, this vision is now consolidated in a new Inclusion Plan that guides the policies of the coming years.
