Internship placements are an excellent opportunity for students to link theoretical learning with practical experience in the world of work.All bachelor and master degrees in the Faculty of Education and Psychology include internship placements.Below is a list of the degree programmes that provide this option, indicating the academic year in which the internship will take place, and the number of credits assigned to each period.

 

In the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FEP), the curricular internships for our bachelor and master degrees are monitored and supervised on a personalised basis to ensure a quality learning experience.Each student will have the support of an FEP lecturer, who will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the process, as well as a tutor from the work placement centre, who will support the student in their learning in the professional world.The internship placement evaluation process is unique for each course of study, adapting to the specificities of each programme to ensure that students acquire the skills necessary for their academic and professional development.

Day event for tutors from internship centres and lecturers on bachelor’s degrees in Social Education, Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Work. The aim is to provide a training space for all those involved in supervising student internship placements, promoting mutual enrichment and continuous improvement in this key process.
Furthermore, the day will serve as a forum for meeting and exchange between tutors from internship centres and university teaching staff, promoting collaboration, dialogue and the construction of professional networks that will benefit the students' training experience.

Training day for in-school internship mentors.
The day is aimed at internship centre tutors, as well as teaching staff lecturing on bachelor's degrees in primary school teaching.The aim is to provide a training space for all those involved in supervising student placements, fostering mutual enrichment and continuous improvement in this key process.Furthermore, the day will serve as a forum for meeting and exchange between mentors from internship centres and university teaching staff, promoting collaboration, dialogue and the construction of professional networks that will benefit the students' training experience.

Internship Centre Fair
The Internship Centre Fair is aimed at students studying for a bachelor's degrees in Social Education, Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Work.This space offers participating centres the opportunity to present their project or centre and establish a direct dialogue with interested students.
The fair is an enriching meeting point where students who will be doing their curricular internships in the following academic year, or those looking for job opportunities, can find out first-hand what options are available.The experience helps to align expectations and interests, contributing to more satisfactory internships that are consistent with the aspirations of both students and internship centres.
