The Academic Secretary's Office organises and manages administrative and academic procedures. You should contact the Secretary’s Office for general information and other matters such as curricular assessments, certificates, validated credit transfers and adaptations, extraordinary examination sessions, final-attempt examination sessions, enrolments, academic recognition, degrees, report transfers and various applications.

However, these procedures can be carried out in line through the Secretary's Office online.

Supports curriculum coordinators with managing the scheduling of subjects, organising timetables, calendars and educational programmes, as well as managing the use of the Faculty’s classrooms and spaces.

It supports the required placements subject for students in the Faculty's bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes,

The internships office’s main work is to contact companies, centres or institutions to offer students an opportunity for internships and coordinate the entire management derived from them.

The Faculty has three Departments in charge of teaching in their fields as part of various bachelor’s and master’s degrees, as well as organising, coordinating and carrying out their own research and third-level (PhD) teaching.

The Faculty has two institutes that support scientific and technical research and investigation.

Provides IT support, both face to face and remote, for the Faculty’s teachers and administrators, as well as maintenance of equipment, computer resources, computer rooms and installed programmes.

Provides audiovisual and multimedia support for teaching and research.
