Teaching is concentrated in the faculties and schools, and the departments deal with research, which is also conducted by institutes and chairs, at the same time responsible for knowledge promotion.
The Porter's Office is responsible for the building’s correct functioning. You must inform the Porter's Office if you become aware that any part or element of the building is not working properly.

The Academic Secretary's Office organises and manages administrative and academic procedures. You should contact the Secretary’s Office for general information and other matters such as curricular assessments, certificates, validated credit transfers and adaptations, extraordinary examination sessions, final-attempt examination sessions, enrolments, academic recognition, degrees, report transfers and various applications.
However, these procedures can be carried out in line through the Secretary's Office online.

The curriculum secretary’s office is responsible for supporting curriculum coordinators with managing the subjects’ programme, setting timetables, calendars and educational programmes, as well as managing the use of the Faculty’s classrooms and spaces.

The Faculty is responsible for managing and arranging the curriculum. Management falls to the dean’s office, which runs the Faculty’s educational activities and administrative and budgetary management.

The Economics Secretary's Office organises and manages the administrative and financial procedures relating to the performance of the budget.

The Internships Office is in charge of providing all the information on assigned curricular internships for bachelor's degrees taught at the Faculty of Education and Psychology.
The internships office’s main work is to contact companies, centres or institutions to offer students an opportunity for internships and coordinate the entire management derived from them.

The IT Service is tasked with supporting the Faculty’s teaching and administrative staff, both face to face and online, providing them with the necessary human and material resources to offer users the best possible service. It is also in charge of the IT support, equipment maintenance and IT classrooms and installed programmes.
