+ Healthy walk (Friday 27 March, 9 am) Easy walk setting off from Les Àligues de la UdG (Plaça Sant Domènech), and we will be walking along: Mirador de les Pedreres - Sant Daniel - Mirador d'en García - Font del Ferro - Bassa Gran de l'Argilera - Torre Suched - Monastery of Sant Pere de Galligants. The walk is 8 kilometres, with roughly 250 metres of ascent/descent.A very pleasant walk with the ADAC.

+ Get started in Ultimate Frisbee (Wednesday 25 March and/or Thursday 26 March at 5 pm) The Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport played with a frisbee.It is a fast and dynamic game with no physical contact, combining elements of football, basketball and rugby, but with its own rules. The Ultimate is based on the "Spirit of the Game", where the players referee themselves and each other and sort out any conflicts by speaking.It is often played in mixed teams (men and women together).Coaches:Isaac Cuervas, Iker Pastor, Olesya Egorova.
+ Get started in Olympic boxing (Thursday 26 March, at 12.30 pm) Olympic boxing is a real all-round sports activity that develops coordination, agility, stamina and strength.Boxing is suitable for anybody, regardless of sex or age.Besides its sporting benefits, boxing also increases self-confidence, providing a feeling of security and the motivation to go beyond one’s limits.This session will be an introduction to boxing without any type of contact , but at the same time all the concepts of boxing will be put into practice.Teacher: Francesc Martínez.

+ Pilates (Monday 23 March 2 pm and/or Thursday 26 March 2 pm or 3 pm) The Pilates Method is a physical and mental system of training that bases itself on the control of the mind about the body, designed to pull, but also to strengthen the body in a balanced way and respecting the body alignment.The Method challenges in the body to work like an everything unitary and integrated, achieving with its practical awakening the body consciousness, to improve the breath and the coordination.This work-out will help us to develop strong but long and stylised muscles, strengthen our deep musculature, improve our posture and balance, increase our flexibility and sports performance, reduce our risk of injury and, what is more, cut down our stress and back pain.Teacher: Laura Sotillos
