Term-long courses academic year 2025-2026

The Directed Activities of the University of Girona Sports Service aim to foster healthy sporting habits using physical exercise through a wide variety of activities designed for the whole university community.You can choose between on-site activities on the Montilivi campus or the Barri Vell campus and directed online activities with sessions of 30 minutes and 60 minutes to keep you active in the easiest and most comfortable way to suit your needs.

Information to note

  • They are structured by terms (from October to December; January to March and April to June).
  • If you register for more than one directed activity in the same term, significant discounts are available.The activities have to be completed in the same term in order to benefit from the discount.
  • Each supervised-activity session receives a score of 2 POINTS, 4 POINTS or 6 POINTS for obtaining ECTS or free-elective cross-disciplinary credits in the subject 'sports and leisure practice' (40 points).Further information .

In the VELL NEIGHBOURHOOD  (Classroom 226-Gimnàs.Faculty of Education and Psychology), offer the following activities: Fit pilates yoga on Tuesdays from 1 pm to 2 pm, and Fridays from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm, plus Qi Gong on Fridays from 8 am to 9 am.

**If you are interested in taking part in any of the guided activities, but the timetable does not suit you, please suggest a suitable day and time. If there are a minimum of 8 people interested and we have a classroom and teacher, we will be able to go ahead, so don’t hesitate to ask!(anna.vinyolas@udg.edu)
