Summer activities 2025

The UdG Sports Service doesn’t stop in summer! Come and join us!

We’re offering a variety of supervised face-to-face activities over the 2025 summer months so you can stay in shape at university!

We hope you like the programme and are able to follow it for a very active summer!

Proposals open to everybody

SUPERVISED activities

  • Pilates (Tuesday 1 pm and/or 2 pm and Thursday 1 pm, 2 pm and/or 3 pm)
  • Fit yoga Pilates Barri Vell (Tuesday 8 am and/or Thursday 9.30 am)
  • Hatha yoga (Wednesdays, 3 pm)
  • Introduction to Setai (Tuesday 8 am and/or Tuesday 3 pm) workshop
  • Qi Gong Barri Vell (Friday 8 am)

Online activities

  • Platform Be4experience: online courses in mountain activities, alpine skiing, running, nutrition and film and mountain documentaries. 
  • Fit Express (body and mind) - 30 minutes -: Tuesday and Thursday 7.15 am and/or 7.30 pm

Remember: By taking part in summer activities you can also earn POINTS to obtain ECTS or optional credits towards the subject "Sport and Leisure Activities" (40 points = 1 ECTS)
