PROMETEU programme

This UdG mobility program is intended for undergraduate students to complement the Erasmus and SICUE options, allowing them to study abroad without transferring their academic record and with credit recognition.

Being a participant of PROMETEU entails the following:

  • You are able to complete a period of study abroad for anywhere between three and nine months, agreed between the University of Girona and the destination university.
  • Academic recognition of credits obtained abroad in accordance with the University of Girona’s current rules.
  • The awarding of one and a half credits of academic recognition for every month of the placement carried out, up to the maximum of the 6 credits that the bachelor's degree requires.
  • Information and advice from the University of Girona on the practical conditions of the stay abroad (insurance, etc.)
  • The placements within the framework of this programme may or may not have an associated grant.If they do, the information on the grant can be found next to the placement information.
