Active participation at work team meetings and in the design, planning and performance of actions aimed at promoting mental health and well-being in students and teachers on the bachelor’s degree in Psychology.The actions undertaken as part of this course include: prevention of health problems (depression, anxiety, suicide, addictions, risky sexual behaviour, etc.);preparation of a guide to identify warning signs that may imply that the person (students or teachers) has poor mental health; observatory of what other universities are doing and specifically at their faculties of psychology, to promote mental health and well-being; creation of an online space for student/teacher interaction so that students can share their concerns and ask for support.
