UdG XXI Model

Area 5: Teaching programmes

Drawing up a guide on drafting studies’ reports is essential to ensure the education and training plans in the UdG XXI Model are consistent. This guide must include the key points for ensuring the academic programmes are in line with the model's principles, such as teaching methodologies (Objective 5 actions), learning outcomes from general competences and the inclusion of specific activities (Objective 6 actions).Having a reference document will facilitate the planning and revision of studies, ensuring that each degree incorporates active learning methodologies, fosters an interdisciplinary approach and favours an education that is in touch with social and professional reality. The guide will thus become a strategic tool for consolidating the new educational model and ensuring it is implemented in a similar, quality fashion throughout the university.

The stand-out actions of this objective are to:

  • Draw up a guide that defines learning outcomes related with general competences
  • Draw up a guide on drafting UdG studies’ reports

The academic management programme must, among other things, enable teaching types/activities to be defined in the teaching plan, distinguishing between teaching and non-teaching, and it must be able to relate teaching staff, timetables and spaces.

The stand-out action of this objective is to:

  • Define the necessary characteristics of an Academic Management Programme (PGA) and implement it
