The University of Girona’s Environment Institute (IMA-UdG) is a university research institute set up in 1997, made up of four UdG research groups and some 80 members, including teaching and research staff, technical staff, service management and administration staff, doctoral students and specialists, dedicated to the study, management and improvement of the environment based on territorial, environmental and landscape analysis, management and planning, and the design of eco-innovative solutions in the environmental sphere.
