Remote working

The working conditions change significantly when we carry out remote work intensively.Individual and collective strategies should be applied in remote work to maintain our state of health, focusing on avoiding ergonomic and psychosocial risk factors by implementing preventive measures and, in particular, promoting healthy habits. 

To reduce and, where possible, eliminate risk factors:

  • Adapting a work space to an individual
  • Adapting psychosocial conditions
