Where circumstances allow students to take out insurance in their country of origin, they will be covered for the round trip. It is extremely important to note that this is a travel insurance policy, NOT a health insurance policy, so it cannot be used as a health insurance policy for Foreign-National Identification-Number (NIE) or visa renewals while the student is studying at the University of Girona.
