Official degree certificates

If you do not have the degree certificate proof of payment receipt, we will provide a document stating that you have lost it. If you made the payment online you do not need to show the receipt.

Only the person named on the certificate can collect an official degree certificate. If you cannot go personally someone else can be authorised through power of attorney. Depending on where you live, you could request it be sent a government delegation or subdelegation in Spain, or an embassy or consulate abroad. You can request this through “My UdG”. On the webpage Fees for degrees, certificates and other academic management services you can find the fee for this.

If this applies to you, please call us on 972 41 80 45, or to send an email to titols@udg.edu.

The Europass Diploma Supplement (EDS) is an academic certificate that contains information about the studies done. It is issued in three languages (Catalan, Spanish and English) and is recognised all over Europe. It may be shown to any institution when applying for a job or for further studies in Europe.

You have to go to the CIAE building on the Montilivi Campus. You can find opening hours on the CIAE opening hours page.
