Diagnosis:
A review of the procedure for administering and analysing teaching surveys is required, as is a restatement of the questions that are made for suitably collecting students’ opinions and levels of satisfaction. Low participation.
Appraisal:
The "Guide for Administering Surveys to Students on Teaching Staff’s Educational Actions” was approved at the Quality Committee's session of 5/19. This document saw a change in the drafting of questions, divided up into two blocks: teacher and subject. Changes were made in the administering and statistical criteria established for considering significant results. The results will be published at the subject-teacher level. This document was approved by the Authorised Teaching and Students Committee and the Governing Council. This new model and procedure were administered during the first semester of the academic year 2020-2021. The survey process was implemented without any incident to note; we are waiting to carry out the corresponding dissemination of the surveys’ results. At the end of the academic year, the results reports were produced and the aggregated results published on the website.
