The University of Girona provides students with a range of electronic formalities, which can be accessed through the La Meva UdG (La meva UdG) intranet platform. The catalogue of electronic formalities, which are conducted entirely online, is gradually being broadened to cover as many academic and administrative formalities as possible.

For formalities that are not available online yet, you need to download and fill in the corresponding form, addressing it to the academic secretary’s office at the teaching institution.

One-off assessment

Request for a one-off assessment

How can I request it?

You can request for a one-off assessment electronically from your La meva UdG folder. Go to the Procedures section, find the "Administration request" section and choose theOne-Off Assessment Area, giving the reason you need it and stating which subjects you are requesting this one-off assessment for. 

This procedure requires you to attach your signed application as well as documentary evidence supporting your reason for not having continuous assessment (in a single PDF document)
