With a view to gaining access to professionals with specific knowledge and experience in the three areas of gastronomy, culture and tourism, the Chair of Gastronomy, Culture and Tourism, Calonge and Sant Antoni, has created an Advisory Board. At present, this body is made up of:
- Dr Joaquim Majó. Dean of the Faculty of Tourism at the University of Girona.
- Dr Lluís Mundet. Teacher and investigator in the field of tourism at the University of Girona.
- Dr Silvia Aulet. Adjunct lecturer, researcher in the field of cultural tourism at the University of Girona and executive director of the 3rd Catalan Culinary Congress.
