  • Gabriela Magri Harsich; Carlos Fernandes; Dolors Vidal-Casellas; Francesc Fusté-Forné - The local development of food tourism: the networks of producers in Argentina.
  • Silvia Aulet; Natalia Beltran; Joaquim Majo - Sustainability and monastic products: the Abbey of Boulaur as a case study.
  • Tomasz Duda; Silvia Aulet - Wine and religious tourism, a comparative study from Catalonia and Pomerania.

Dr Silvia Aulet, Silvia Grau and the doctoral student Mireia Pascual attended. The following round tables were held with parallel themes where the different works were presented: Green Revolution in the restaurants: a Meta- Analysis of Sustainability and Highlighting the gastronomic route of criollo sweet corn through the local women’s collective.
