Health area Computer Service

The Computer Service of the Health area offers technical support to the students, teaching staff and administrative staff of this area of studies, both on-site and remote, so that teaching and administrative activity can proceed normally with the best possible service quality.


On-site service hours: 9.30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, to Friday

 

At present there are 3 computer technicians working there, with 2 of us doing a split day and 1 afternoons:

David Lozano: split day.

Mario Gómez: split day.

Pau Gaya: afternoons.

 

The preferred way of communicating with us, either to report an incident in a service or device or to request some action on our part, is the Portal +TIC

Services:

In the health studies area we have 2 IT classrooms(*) with 25 desktop computers for the 2021-22 academic year, plus a projector for the lecturer’s computer.
 

(*) a third is being provided that will soon be operational.

The Centre campus library offers services and bibliographical archives geared towards studies taught in the health sphere.

It also offers advice and training sessions aimed at students.

The single library structure enables us to guarantee the same quality of service on all the campuses and enables the free circulation of documents and people, irrespective of the campus they belong to.
