Rules and regulations

Academic information

The assessment system at the University of Girona is generally a continuous one, owing to which one-off assessments are an exceptional possibility. These regulations contain application conditions and cases.

The procedures section gives you the instructions for making your request.

These regulations aim to establish the criteria and procedure to apply should a student at the Faculty of Law apply for a change of date of assessment activities when unable or unwilling to undergo a one-off assessment, but believes a specific assessment test would be impossible owing to an exception situation.

When a group is full of basic and compulsory subjects, a change of group can only be requested in justified cases provided this is made within the deadline set out in the administrative calender.

As for optional modules, once places have been filled, no more will be offered.

The procedures section gives you the instructions for making your request.

These are the UdG’s general and framework regulations that serve as basis for implementing the Faculty’s regulations.
