GETI
Description:
Some minor inconsistencies have been detected in subjects and content. The aim is to find common theoretical tools that are used in subjects from different fields.
Diagnosis:
Often the students do not see the links that exist between the theoretical content of some subjects. Some students and ex-students have reported small inconsistencies in the sequencing of content.
Appraisal:
A study has been carried out on the connection between GETI subjects, which has helped to improve the knowledge of the study by teaching staff. Some activities have been started to link subjects and the study is expected to establish others. The work done need to be publicised.

Diagnosis:
Name changes for two subjects with names regarded as not correctly representing their content.Name changes are requested for the following subjects: - Pattern Recognition changes to Machine and Deep Learning.- Parallel Processing Systems changes to Statistical Learning and Data Mining. The contents of the subjects are the same (updated to the latest developments in each field)
Appraisal:
This change of name was approved by the EACEA, but administratively it was not possible because there were already reports and agreements with these names.

GEB
Description:
The self-report drafted within the framework of the CAI’s meetings has seen a few improvements proposed in some innovative content that has not been worked on in sufficient depth during the studies, such as the Lean methodology for improving processes. There will be an analysis, within the framework of this goal, of the current curriculum’s subjects in which these concepts can be introduced and, if a new current is established, we will ensure they continue to be taken into account there.
Appraisal:
An assessment has been made of the subjects in which Lean methodologies could be included, and the incorporation of the GEB curriculum (objective OBJ003266) was not found appropriate. However, the integration of it into the new design of the GEB curriculum, specifically in the new subject of Process Management, is being considered.

The database has been designed and a basic implementation has been carried out.The main agreements that affect teaching at the EPS (a total of 16) have been registered, which allows for more agile and effective monitoring. They have also been linked to the official register of agreements.Although the number of agreements we had initially marked has not been reached, the objective is considered to have been achieved, given that all those considered relevant were recorded.

Some of the master’s degrees offered have problems filling the places available. The university wants to implement new measures to reverse this situation. In particular, the proposal is to offer dual qualifications between existing masters (between the MEI and MCD and between MEI and MMMS) and a programme of successive academic paths between GETI and MEI.The 3 proposals have already been defined and approved by the School Board. Work has started on the programme for both the dual qualifications and the Programme of Successive Academic Paths for the year 2025-2026. The scheduled calendar was followed.

MBTA
Description:
Even though the number of pre-registered and accepted students for the MBTA it is high, the number of enrolled students does not cover the places offered.Specific actions are proposed to improve the visibility and promotion of the MBTA within the university itself, at other universities in Catalonia, the Spanish state and internationally, and also in society.
Appraisal:
Different types of dissemination activities are being carried out in different areas for the MBTA.At a UdG level, the Master is being presented at professional orientation events and similar in centres offering similar qualifications.Together with the ACRI, promotional activities are being conducted at national and international SUC universities. During the 2023-24 academic year there was dissemination of the MBTA in the media (Ara newspaper, Ser radio station). The course coordinators organise ongoing dissemination on social media, such as LinkedIn, and the seminars on the Master's degree are open to the university community and society (published on the UdG website) to give visibility to this course.During the 2024-2025 academic year, to boost students for the 2025-2026 year, additional dissemination action was taken in coordination with the promotion unit for Master's degrees at the UdG: Online Master's degree fair, publication of accounts from former students in the media etc.Activities will be intensified in the next few years.

This objective had already been set out in the previous Quality Plan, but was not achieved. However, a proposal was made to resubmit it for 2025. When the 2025 Quality Plan was proposed, the cross-cutting part of the UdG's Quality Management System (QMS) was already certified, so it was only a question of obtaining full certification. Initially, the necessary documentation was sent to the AQU and a preliminary visit was made on 30 May. Following the preliminary visit, the CAE suggested that the final visit should take place on 20 and 21 October, and this was successfully completed. The preliminary report has been received, and the assessment is positive. We are now awaiting the final report. However, we consider that the objective has been achieved in a very satisfactory manner. Throughout 2025, the QMS was improved in various aspects. Among these, we would we highlight: - approval of the P0401EPS process. Promotion of study programmes to prospective students - preparation of the monitoring report based on data obtained from the new data warehouse (Data-UdG application) - Creation of a dashboard - Creation of a SharePoint site for the storage of documents generated by the processes.
