Enrolment for students previously registered in the same bachelor's degree course

IMPORTANT!! EXTENDED ENROLMENT PERIOD!!Enrolment periods for 2025-26, from 7 to 24 July

The enrolment program will be staggered according to academic progress and the number of credits still to be passed.

  • GETI/ADE dual bachelor’s degree: from Monday 7 July at 2 pm to Thursday 24 July.

  • Everything passed in the first exam session: from Thursday 10 July at 2 pm to Thursday 24 July.

  • ≤ 65 pending credits: from Friday 11 July at 8 am to Tuesday 24 July. 

  • ≤ 120 pending credits: from Friday 11 July at 3 pm to Monday 24 July.

  • ≤ 180 pending credits: from Monday 14 July at 12 noon to Thursday 24 July.

  • Other students: from Monday 14 July at 3 pm to Thursday 24 July.

  • Qualifications in September exam session, except for the placement subject: from Monday 15 to Tuesday 16 September.

 

Comments

  1. NOTE!!!Sequential enrolment.You cannot enrol for higher subjects if you have not enrolled those you still have to pass (failed or not taken) from previous courses.For example: if this year you enrol for 2nd year subjects for the first time you cannot ad 4th year subjects.Previous subjects have to be completed before adding new subjects from the following year
  2. Enrolment is closed on public holidays days and weekends,
  3. If you have more 50% of the study's credits and you wish to enrol on the work placements subject, DO NOT ENROLL on all the optional subjects but register with https://apps.udg.edu/prem/ to find a place.When you have one and sign the corresponding agreement, staff at academic secretary's office will enrol you.
  4. Important: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to enrol on optional subjects for the purposes of subsequently changing them with placement subjects.If you enrol on optional subjects you will have to attend them or your examination session.In either case you will have to pay for the subjects you enrolled on.
  5. If you have your internship subject registered for the September exam session (for academic year 2024/2025), it will count as yet to be passed, and therefore the credits will not be considered as passed for the purposes of the enrolment calendar.

Online enrolment

You can enrol from any computer with an internet connection, Mondays to Fridays, from 8 am to 1 am.

Payment

If you are the holder of the account you will have to provide the holder’s authorisation, before you enrol. You will find the document to fill in, sign and upload in the same online procedure called "Bank details communication or amendment”.

Registration for practicals’ groups

You’ll be able to choose your group through Moodle as soon as they become available, so please check back regularly.

Calls

You have three exam sessions to pass each of the subjects in (one every year).Being “absent” will count as having attended the exam.

You can prevent your exam session from being counted by requesting its cancellation any time up until the date established in the academic and administrative calendar.
