Academic secretary's office and office of the secretary of studies

Opening times and contact

The offices of the secretary will be closed during August, over the Christmas and Easter periods and on the public holidays stated in the Girona calendar of working days.

Academic secretary's office

They organise and manage all administrative and academic procedures related to students’ academic records. They are the point of contact for: academic information, enrolment, academic credit transfer, to request a degree certificate or qualifications, etc.
