The Regulation on applications for one-off assessments and changes to assessment-activity dates for studies at the Polytechnic School establishes the grounds, under Article 2, for applications for changes to assessment-activity dates, circumstances that require documentary proof under Article 2(d).
Students should go to the school's Academic Secretary's Office through the Procedures section which they will find in their online record, and start the "Application to the administration" procedure, “ Assessment and grading” subprocedure, where they will deliver the application form they will find below. Once the procedure has been processed and completed, the decision will be sent by electronic notification.
Applications have to be submitted within the deadlines explained in detail under Article 2(a) of the regulation, depending on the grounds dealt with.
