the Regulations governing student assessment and qualification processes establishes in article 9 bis the scenarios under which a request can be made to change the date of assessment activities, the circumstance that need to be accredited with documents according to the aforementioned article.
Students should go to the school's Academic Secretary's Office through the Procedures section which they will find in their online record, and start the "Application to the administration" procedure, “ Assessment and grading” subprocedure, where they will deliver the application form they will find below.Once the procedure has been processed and completed, the decision will be sent by electronic notification.
The application must be submitted within the periods set out in article 9 bis of the regulations, according to the scenario in question.
