DOCDRETECO
Description:
The last follow-up report identifies a certain imbalance between the different lines of research for the PdD.This imbalance would partly be caused by the fact there are extensive lines that include a high number of areas of research and teaching staff in relation with other very specific ones with a reduced number of teaching staff.
Diagnosis:
This imbalance is not considered positive in terms of the internal organisation of the PdD or in terms of the clarity of information reaching potential candidates on the programme.
Appraisal:
Since the last cycle of accreditation and amendment, numerous teaching staff with six-year periods of research have been incorporated into the company department of the UdG, particularly in the areas of accounting, finances and marketing. To a lesser degree, other areas and departments have also been changing their staff and the corresponding lines of research. This has also been the case at the UVic-UCC.
