The Academic and Student Administration Service (SGAiE) coordinates the formalities associated with academic records, managing and providing information and advice to students about accessing the university and the course catalogue, scholarships and grants, payments and returning receipts and issuing degree and academic certificates, among other services.It is also tasked with pre-enrolment for university master's degrees and incorporates the services provided by the School of Doctoral Studies.

Functions:
 Information on university access (pathways, cut-off marks, university entrance exam, students over 25 years old, pre-enrolment, etc.)and degrees at the University of Girona (degrees, changing pathways, timetables, etc.)

From Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 1.45 pm, and Tuesdays from 3.30 to 4.30 pm
