Find out about bachelor's degrees, postgraduate courses and all the educational courses offered by the UdG.
Teaching is concentrated in the faculties and schools, and the departments deal with research, which is also conducted by institutes and chairs, at the same time responsible for knowledge promotion.
Once the University of Girona closes your doctoral degree’s academic record, following the acceptance of your thesis, you will be notified by email and able to request your academic certificate and the Diploma Supplement (SET) online. You will need to meet the prerequisites and carry out the following steps to process you request:
Download the form for thesis publication in the TDX repository , fill it in and email it to the academic secretary’s office at the School of Doctoral Studies (sec.edoctorat@udg.edu).
This step is not necessary if you formalised the deposit of your thesis through the online procedure available in the Virtual Secretary’s Office (set up in November 2021).
Access the TESEO website, register there as a doctoral student and duly fill in all the sections.
Before you can request the certificate, you will have to provide the academic secretary’s office at the School of Doctoral Studies with the original documents needed for accessing the doctoral degree, as we asked required from you on your admission to the programme:
This step is not necessary if you passed your bachelor's-degree and postgraduate studies at the University of Girona.
Access the Procedures section in the Virtual Secretary’s Office (La meva UdG > Staff > Report > Procedures). Choose the report corresponding to the upper pull-down menus and start the “Application for doctorate certificate and European Diploma supplement” procedure.
If you cannot access La meva UdG with your user code and password contact the academic secretary’s office at the School of Doctoral Studies.
