Access to bachelor's degree by academic record transfer

Academic year 2024-2025

The persons with university studies started, in the Spanish state or abroad, which they want to continue for them in the UdG have to follow the following steps:

Having passed a minimum of 30 credits of the original degree course that can be recognised or validated in the new degree course, and not having lost the right to continue studying at the university of origin.

Check the rules to find out the requirements for admission,  the deadlines for application and the places on offer.

Formalising the application in line, to bring the required documentation and to pay the public price for study of academic record.

In the event of obtaining place, formalising the application of academic record transfer to the university of origin and satisfying the corresponding rights.

Enrol within the dates provided for, for newly admitted first-choice students, in accordance with the current enrolment regulations.

Students who have not obtained a place can also opt to apply for one through university pre-enrolment .
