2023-24 Calendar and Timetables

22/01/2024 IMPORTANT 

The timetables and classroom application is working correctly again so you can now check your timetables on the website calendar.

To see updated class timetables in your website calendar you will need to subscribe again.You will need to subscribe to each of the subjects and groups using the following link http://fm.udg.edu/horaris/buit

Select the subject and group via “pick multiple” – "go" – go to “download”, position the icon above the right button and select “copy the link”

Important: do not download the archive, as you will only access the current timetables and classes, any later changes would not be updated for you!

Once you have the copied the address, go to your web calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook,...) and create a new calendar via URL, then just copy the address to add it.  

If you want the timetables and lecture rooms for your classes in your personal calendar, all you have to do is enrol! Only in this way will any change to your timetable or classroom be updated instantly

Provisional timetables

07/11/2023 IMPORTANT: Updated Timetable and Lecture Room app. 

An updated and improved timetable and classroom app was launched today.

The current links do not work, they will be updated shortly. To see your classes’ updated timetables in your website calendar you will need to subscribe again. You will need to subscribe to each of the subjects and groups from the following link http://fm.udg.edu/horaris/buit

Select your subject and group from “multiple pick” – "go" – and go to “download”, put the cursor on the right button and select “copy link”

Important: do not download the archive, as you will only access the current timetables and classes, any later changes would not be updated for you!  

Once you have the address copied, go to your website calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook etc.,) and create a new calendar through URL, after which the address will only need to be copied and added.  

The following links do not work and will shortly be updated

Remember to subscribe to the calendar to receive your final timetables.
