It is essential we involve the entire community in the changes that the UdG XXI Model proposes.We have to do that because without everybody participating we will not advance.A communication plan must enable us to highlight the objectives of the roll-out and include general as well as more specific communication actions.

  • Define a corporate image for the UdG XXI Model
  • Define an internal communication plan


The senate’s approval of UdG XXI Model and its main objectives have been publicised through articles in the national press (el Punt Avui+, 10/12/23) and regional pres (Diari de Girona, 11/01/24).We must continue this external dissemination, to inform the public about progress in developing the model.An external communication plan is needed to go with the internal one, to make people aware of the objectives behind rolling out the model and the most noteworthy actions involved in that.

The stand-out actions of this objective are to:

  

  • Identify working mechanisms for disseminating the Model in the local area through the chairs.
  • Define an internal communication plan
