Academic year 2026-2027

If you are enrolling for the first time

Enrolment for the 2026-2027 academic year for new students will begin on 14 July, in accordance with the periods established by the University Access Office (you can view the specific schedule on your centre's website), and will be carried out primarily online, from any computer connected to the internet, through the online enrolment web application. 

Steps to follow for enrolment

 

To enrol, follow these instructions.(If you are a student at the affiliated Euroaula, Mediterráneo, or Sant Pol schools, the centre will provide you with the necessary enrolment instructions.)

Once the Catalan government has allocated you your place, you will receive an email from the UdG with your user code and a link for setting your password, as well as links to the online enrolment application and information on enrolling on your bachelor's degree programme.If you do not receive the message, fill out and submit the User Account Application form for new students. For any issues, contact the academic secretariat of your faculty or school.

From a computer, click on the link you received, enter your identification document number (DNI, passport, NIE) and set your user account password.

Access the La meva UdG intranet with your user account (username + password) or through a digital identification system (IdCAT Mobile, digital certificate, Cl@ve, etc.).The first time you access the intranet, to complete your registration with the UdG, you will need to provide and verify a personal email address and, optionally, a mobile phone number.More information

Access online enrolment from the intranet (La meva UdG > Personal > Matrícula) or directly at gacad.udg.edu/secretaria.The application will tell you your assigned enrolment period and, if the period has already begun, will allow you to start the online enrolment process.

Click on the Grants and allowances tab.If you are entitled to any discounts that are not recognised, you will have the option to start the recognition procedure by clicking on the corresponding "Request” button and attaching scanned copies of the documents.Your institution’s secretary's office will validate the documents so that, where appropriate, you can enjoy the corresponding discount on your enrolment or free enrolment.

Formalise online enrolment following the guide's instructions.If you have queries, contact the secretary’s office at your teaching institution.Remember you must enrol before the deadline provided for, otherwise, you will lose your place.

What you need to know for your enrolment

 

Subjects
Check the subjects that you can enrol for.You can check on the study website for your bachelor's degree (section "subjects") or from the home page of the online enrolment site (section "Before you enrol").
Fees
Consult the enrolment fees and deductions available to you.
Payment
You can pay the enrolment fee in full, in two or three instalments or in monthly instalments.See the terms and conditions in the Enrolment Regulations.
Grants
If you have applied for the general grant and you meet the academic and economic requirements established in the call for applications, you will be able to enrol without paying the public fees.
Third language
If your degree course requires a level of knowledge of a third language to obtain the qualification and you already have a recognised certificate of this level or higher, we recommend that you present it together with the rest of the documentation required for the first enrolment.Check the third language regulations.
Insurance
If you are under 28 years old, you are obliged to take out compulsory school insurance for €1.12 per year.If you are over 28 years old, you will be covered by a compulsory accident insurance for 5.75 euros per academic year [Information pending confirmation].Further information on the Insurance policies page.
Staying
Bear in mind that if you do not pass a minimum of 30 credits in the first two years, you will not be able to continue the same course at the UdG.Check the Rules for staying.

Documentation that you need to present

 

General conditions
1.For online document submissions it is preferable to use the online procedures section of the Virtual Secretary’s Office, or (with digital certificate) the UdG’s e-register.If you have to present any document in person, go to the academic office of the secretary of your faculty or school.

2.The validation of the documentation submitted online will be complete if you provide electronic documents that allow their authenticity to be validated, whether by digital certificate, secure validation code (CSV) or a QR code.Otherwise, the University reserves the right to ask you to submit the original documentation.

3.To make use of the corresponding discount or waiver for enrolment, you need to submit the documentation accrediting allowances or exemptions before you enrol.The remaining documentation can be submitted until 24 September.If you enrol in person, the required documents must be submitted on the same day.
ID
If you have Spanish nationality, you do not have to submit and identity document.

If you are a national of a EU member state, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland or Andorra, you will need to present a valid ID or passport from your country of origin.

Otherwise you will preferably need to present a valid foreign-national identification care (TIE) or passport if do you not have a TIE.

You need to submit copies of documents online (you can use the generic online procedure “Application to the administration”) and submit the original in person at the academic office of the secretary.
Admission documents
If you have been admitted to the UdG through university pre-enrolment, from PAU, CFGS, admission exams for individuals over the age of 25, 40 or 45 or university degree obtained from the UdG, you will not need to produce any documents.

If you have been admitted to the UdG through university pre-enrolment, from a university degree completed at another university, you will need to forward a copy of your degree online (e-degree or authenticated digital copy of the degree) or provisional degree certificate (with digital signature and CSV), or produce the original in person at the academic secretary's office.

If you have been admitted to the UdG through academic record transfer or university pre-enrolment from a university degree started at another university, you will have to send proof, online, of payment, of your transfer fees, signed electronically and with CSV, or present the original in person at the academic office of the secretary.

To submit copies of documents online you can use the generic online procedure “Application to the administration”.
Allowances and exemptions
Before you register, review the self-enrolment’s "Grants and allowances" tab.If you are entitled to allowances that are recorded as accredited and are valid on the date of the start of the academic year (14 September), you will not need to produce any documents.

If you are entitled to allowances that are not recorded as accredited, you can start the accreditation procedure by clicking on the corresponding "Request" button, and uploading the necessary documents there for applying the corresponding enrolment discount or payment exemption.You can also use the online procedure “Document accreditation”.

Bank details
If you are not the holder of the bank account from which the registration fee will be paid by direct debit, you must submit the completed bank details notification/amendment form and proof of identification for the account holder.
Enrolment application (only for face-to-face enrolment)
If you have to enrol in person at your faculty or school, on the day of the enrolment you will have to submit an enrolment application form, duly filled in and signed.The academic office of the secretary of the centre will provide the form for you.
Photograph
After you have enrolled, you will need to provide a personal photograph through the Identitat digita page of the La meva UdG intranet, following the instructions provided on that website.

If you have enrolled in previous years

Enrolment for the 2026-2027 academic year for students already enrolled in previous years will take place between 6 and the 30 July, in accordance with the established schedule (which you can check on your centre’s website), and it should be carried out online, from any computer connected to the internet, through the online enrolment web application.To enrol, follow these instructions.

Access the online enrolment, where we will let you know your assigned enrolment period.If the period has already started, the application will inform you that you can start your enrolment.
