Under Article 3 of the Regulations for credit recognition and transfer in bachelor's degree studies and Article 3 of the Academic regulations for university master's degrees, students who have accessed bachelor's or master’s degree studies with previous official university studies can request recognition of the credits gained at their original university, provided the content of the programme of subjects passed is equal or similar to the content of the programme of subjects studied at destination University of Girona.

Application period

Every academic course can be applied for: from 15 to 30 April, from 15 to 30 June and from 14 July to 27 October.

Documentation to submit

The application form itself indicates that you have to submit the procedure of your online record called ‘Application to the administration,’ sub-procedure ‘Recognised credit transfer,’ accompanied by proof of payment of the fee (ask the academic and quality secretary's office, infoacademica.eps@udg.edu, for the link to make the payment).

Decision and notification

Decisions are communicated via notification.Students will receive an email through "La meva UdG" and they must accept the notification to find out whether the decision is positive or negative.You will also find the decision in the completed procedures tab from your online dossier’s procedures section.
