One-off assessment

Under Article 8 of the Regulations governing the processes for assessing and grading students, students may exceptionally resort to a one-off assessment and thereby waive their continuous assessment.

Students who wish to resort to a one-off assessment, must apply for it within the set deadlines and under the procedures and criteria established by the centre’s Governing Council.

The Regulation on applications for one-off assessments and changes to assessment-activity dates for studies at the Polytechnic School establishes the grounds, under Article 1(b), for one-off assessments applications, circumstances that require documentary proof.

Students should go to the school's Academic Secretary's Office through the Procedures section which they will find in their online record, and start the "Application to the administration" procedure, “One-off assessment” subprocedure, for submitting the application form they will find below.Once the procedure has been processed and completed, the decision will be sent by electronic notification.

Applications have to be submitted on the dates shown on the administrative calendar for the current year.
