FAQs about first PS enrolment

New master's degree students

To enrol you will need to go to “la meva UdG”, access your report, from the “enrolment” tab. Once you enter the enrolment page you can access all the information you need for enrolling correctly.Remember that you will be asked for:

  • User: UdG number
  • Password: the random password you have been given must be changed when you log in for the first time.

The Enrolment regulations do not allow changes unless there have been changes in the timetable.

It is important to make sure you are enrolled for the subjects you wish to take as changes cannot be made outside the established administrative calendar.

You can change your enrolment as many times as you like on the same day, but you will not be able to make any further changes after 11.59 pm.

Any potential enrolment changes will be analysed and resolved for justified and exceptional cases. If this is the case, you will have to process your request online, launching an “Administration request” with any explanations you deem appropriate.

You can pay the enrolment fee in one payment or in instalments (when the total fee is more than €200):

ONE PAYMENT. The university will charge the fee to the account that you specify when you enrol.

  • Three instalments: the first payment is collected immediately after enrolment (this includes 40% of the academic fees and taxes), the second payment is collected in mid-October (20% of the academic fees) and the third payment is collected before mid-December (the remaining 40% of the academic fees).
  • Monthly instalments: the payments will cover the proportional part of the academic fees depending on the time of enrolment and the first will include charges. The instalments are due on the 5th of each month (from September to May). The final instalment will be due on 5 May.

No extra charges apply for installed payments.

If you are not the holder of the bank account from which the enrolment fee will be paid, check the corresponding box on the online registration form. At the same time, you will need to start a procedure called "Communication or modification of bank details" which you will find in your online file. You will need to fill in the information requested, and upload a copy of the national ID card of the account holder and the signed authorisation document that you will find within the same procedure.

If you cannot completed this procedure when formalising your enrolment, you can do it later, bearing in mind that the deadline is 10 working days after the start date of academic activity, pursuant to the provisions of the enrolment regulations.

Once the online enrolment has been formalised, it will remain provisional until you submit the necessary original documents to the academic secretary’s office at the teaching institution.

The documentation must be submitted within a period of 10 days after teaching begins as per the academic calendar for each master's degree, pursuant to the provisions of the regulations in force.

If you do not submit the master's degree access documentation, we will block your records and we will not be able to issue your certificate.
