Find out about bachelor's degrees, postgraduate courses and all the educational courses offered by the UdG.
Teaching is concentrated in the faculties and schools, and the departments deal with research, which is also conducted by institutes and chairs, at the same time responsible for knowledge promotion.
Once you have been admitted, you will receive an email from the UdG with your user code and a link for setting your password, as well as a link to the online enrolment application and another link with information on enrolling in your specific bachelor’s degree programme.
Your user account (user code + password) will help you access online enrolment and other UdG intranet services, but bear in mind that once you have enrolled, you will have to activate two-factor authentication, or alternatively, have an authentication mechanism recognised by the VÀLid system (idCAT Mòbil, digital certificate, Cl@ve...).Further information on the Discover La meva UdG page

In the online enrolment application, check your personal data and click on the Aid and Discounts tab.If you are entitled to any discounts that are not recognised, you will have the option to start the recognition procedure by clicking on the corresponding "Request” button and attaching scanned copies of the documents.The academic secretary’s office will validate the documents so that, if applicable, you can claim discounted or free enrolment.If you do not have any type of exemption or discount, standard enrolment will apply.
Bank account number: You must provide an International bank account number (IBAN) in your name (or where you are listed as a joint holder).If you are not the holder of the account, you must carry out the online Bank information notification or modification procedure and attach a copy of the account holder’s DNI (National Identity Document).To access it you will have to enter your academic record, the Procedures tab and follow the application's instructions.
Enrolment for all bachelor’s degree students is completed online (online enrolment) through the UdG intranet
Complete online enrolment following the instructions in the guide. Remember that you must enrol before the established deadline, otherwise, you will lose your place.
You can enrol from any computer with an internet connection, Mondays to Fridays, from 8 am to 11:59 pm. Enrolling from a mobile is not recommended.
Courses- Courses have a credit load (normally 6 credits in the first academic year). A complete academic year is 60 credits. You must enrol in at least 30 credits and no more than 60 credits.
Students from a higher-level vocational training (CFGS) programme
If you were admitted to the University through CFGS and have completed CFGS coursework that is eligible for transfer credit, you can include this recognition on the 3rd page of the online enrolment system. You won’t have to take these courses, but you do have to add them to the enrolment. You will only be able to add 1st-year and recognised courses in your enrolment. If you want to take a full academic year (60 credits) you must contact the academic secretary’s office before the start of the academic year to add a 2nd-year course.
Check your enrolment record, as changes can only be made on the same day it is formalised. Save the enrolment record as a PDF or print it out.
The following day of the enrolment bring the UdGApp of your Store Apple or Android down.Your student ID card will appear once you identify yourself and you enter your personal area.
After you have enrolled, you will need to provide a personal photograph through the La meva UdG intranet (Staff > Digital Identity), following the instructions provided on the same website.
The price per credit for the 2025/2026 academic year is 17.69 euros.

To continue in the programme, you must pass at least 30 credits in the first two years.
If you do not pass 30 credits in the first year, the following year you will only be able to enrol for the credits not passed.
You will have 3 opportunities, one for each academic year, to sit the exam to pass a course.An ‘absent’ mark exhausts that opportunity.
You can prevent your exam session from being counted by requesting its cancellation before the date established in the academic and administrative calendar
