La meva UdG és la intranet de la Universitat de Girona. Des de La meva UdG podràs accedir al Moodle de les teves assignatures, a la informació del teu estudi i del teu centre, realitzar tràmits en línia, consultar les notícies que t’afecten o rebre avisos i notificacions electròniques.

La meva UdG treballa amb un disseny responsiu que permet ser consultada tant des d’ordinadors de sobretaula com des de telèfons mòbils o tauletes.

Abans de la teva primera matrícula rebràs per correu electrònic les indicacions necessàries per obtenir el teu compte d'usuari (codi d’usuari i contrasenya), que et permetrà accedir a La meva UdG i altres recursos en línia de la Universitat. Per accedir per primer cop a la intranet només has de seguir aquests dos senzills passos:

1. Fes clic sobre La meva UdG, al menú superior de qualsevol pàgina del web de la UdG. També pots accedir-hi directament anant a l'adreça lameva.udg.edu

2. A la pantalla d'identificació, introdueix el codi d'usuari i la contrasenya del teu compte d'usuari.

Si disposes d’algun sistema d’identificació digital (IdCAT Mòbil, certificat digital, Cl@ve...), també pots accedir a La meva UdG mitjançant VÀLid.

La primera vegada que entris a La meva UdG, abans de poder accedir als continguts de la intranet hauràs de completar el teu registre de vinculació amb la UdG completant i verificant les teves dades de contacte. En primer lloc hauràs d'introduir i validar la teva adreça personal de correu electrònic.

Després d'introduir l'adreça i prémer "Guardar", rebràs un missatge de correu electrònic amb un codi de verificació que hauràs d'introduir a la casella corresponent i fer clic a "Verificar codi".

A continuació se't sol·licitarà un nùmero de telèfon mòbil per rebre SMS (pots ometre aquest pas fent clic a "Declaro no tenir mòbil"). 

Un cop introduït el número de telèfon i marcada la casella de consentiment, en prémer “Guardar” rebràs un missatge de SMS amb un nou codi de verificació que hauràs d'introduir a la casella corresponent i fer clic a "Verificar codi". Si no reps el missatge pots sol·licitar un nou enviament per SMS o per WhatsApp.

Quan l'aplicació t'informi que el registre de vinculació s'ha completat, prem "Continuar" per accedir als continguts de La meva UdG.

A la pantalla d'inici de La meva UdG you will find the news that affect you according to the teaching resource centre and the study you have enrolled in, as well as direct access to your subjects, technical support, your academic record, and the Library.

If you wish, you will be able to personalise the highlighted links on the home page and the news format by going to "Personalise La meva UdG".

You will find the following menus in the upper section:

• Start (home icon).Link to the home page of La meva UdG and the pages of the centre or centres where you study.
• Teaching To go to the page of your subjects, the degree or qualifications you are enrolled on and your courses (if you have enrolled on any Modern Language Service or Sports Service courses, or if your centre offers basic courses for any subjects or tutorials for first-year students).
• Staff. Allows access to the different sections of the Virtual Secretary's Office (Record, Enrolment, and Procedures), in your Digital identity (where you can manage your password, the dual authentication factor, your contact details, etc.)and the notices and notifications sent to you by the university, among others.
• Services. Here you will find the information the different University services offer members of the university community.
• Governance. From this menu you will be able to take part in open voting at the UdG, through the electronic ballot box, and access information from the Student Council and the university’s governing bodies.
• Shortcuts. In the Shortcuts menu you will find direct accesses to the applications search engine, to where to change the password, to your email (if you use an account provided by the UdG) and to the working groups you take part in.
