What is La meva UdG?

La meva UdG is the University of Girona’s intranet.From La meva UdG you will be able to access your subjects’ Moodles, find information about your degree and your teaching centre, carry out online procedures, find out the latest news that affects you and receive electronic warnings and notifications.

La meva UdG works with a responsive design that enables it to be accessed from desktop computers, as well as from mobile phones and tablets.

→In Google Play and the Apple Store you will find the UdG’s Moodle mobile application.This application will enable you to keep up with what is going on in your subjects from your phone or tablet, look at your marks, hand in assignments and receive notifications from your teachers.

How to access La meva UdG

Before your first enrolment you will receive an email with the instructions you need to obtain your user account (user code and password), providing you with access to La meva UdG and the University’s other online resources.To access the intranet for the first time, you just need to follow these two simple steps:

1.Click on "La meva UdG" in the upper menu of any of UdG web page.You can also access the website directly by following this link: lameva.udg.edu

2.On the login screen, enter your user code and the password for your user account.

Identification via user account

If you have any digital identification system (IdCAT Mòbil, certificate, Cl@ve...),you can also access La meva UdG through VÀLid.

→ Bear in mind that once you have enrolled, to access La meva UdG with your user account you will need a second authentication factor. With VÀLid, you can avoid using the dual factor. In any case, we highly recommend that you have more than one method of identification in case one of the systems fails or is not available.More information

Know your way around La meva UdG

When you enter the La meva UdG screen, you will find the news that affects you depending on the centre and the study where you have enrolled, as well as direct access to your subjects, technical support, your academic record, the Library and more.

If you wish, you can customise the highlighted links on the home page, the news format and other elements by going to "Personalise La meva UdG".

You will find the following menus in the upper section:

  • Start (home icon).Link to the home page of La meva UdG and the pages of the centre or centres where you study.
  • Teaching To go to the page of your subjects, the degree or qualifications you are enrolled on and your courses (if you have enrolled on any Modern Language Service or Sports Service courses, or if your centre offers basic courses for any subjects or tutorials for first-year students).
  • Staff. Allows access to the different sections of the Virtual Secretary's Office (Record, Enrolment, and Procedures), in your Digital identity (where you can manage your password, the dual authentication factor, your contact details, etc.)and the notices and notifications sent to you by the university, among others.
  • Services. Here you will find the information the different University services offer members of the university community.
  • Governance. From this menu you will be able to take part in open voting at the UdG, through the electronic ballot box, and access information from the Student Council and the university’s governing bodies.
  • Shortcuts. In the Shortcuts menu you will find direct accesses to the applications search engine, to where to change the password, to your email (if you use an account provided by the UdG) and to the working groups you take part in.
