Completion of this master's degree provides access to the official research period of a doctoral degree programme, taking into account that each programme may establish additional requirements and criteria for the selection and admission of students, in addition to the need to complete specific bridging courses. The Master in Water Resources Science and Technology works together in particular with research groups at the University of Girona associated with the Water Campus, with the Catalan Institute of Water Research (ICRA), and with the CEAB, the CSIC’s Blanes Centre of Advanced Studies. Placements in companies and master's theses can be done at all the centres, which contribute researchers for teaching seminars and master classes and which can offer places for doing Doctoral Theses within the framework of their R+D projects. In the University of Girona's case, the master enjoys continuity with the Official Doctorate in Water Science and Technology programme. Further information: Doctoral programme admissions
