Conditions of use
The service includes the creation of a web space for the event within evento.udg.edu.This allows for:
- Having a visible website for the event
- Registration system managed by the organiser:
- free of charge
- Method of payment: by card via virtual POS
- Basic graphic customisation from the Publishing Service.The tool only allows the basic colour combinations and the banner.
- User activation with organiser role (allows the organiser to manage content, registrations, communication with attendees, management of requests for scientific documentation, etc.)
- Initial support from the Publishing Service in content editing during the deployment phase only.
The service does not include:
- Maintenance of content after the initial deployment phase.
- Administrative procedures related to the event.For example, attendee certification or financial management of registrations.
Translation of content is manual and at the user's expense (see the Translation from contents section).
Service requests
New work can be requested using the Solraig management tool
The following information must be specified in the request:
- Indicate you would like to create a website with esdeveniments.udg.edu and <nom esdeveniment>
- Type of event (conferences, seminars, etc.)
- Event start and end date
- Primary language of the website, and if applicable, the other languages required
- Location of the event
- Event organiser
- Email contact address for event
- Where registration is required, the following must be specified:
- Whether or not the number of places is limited
- whether registration is free, or payment is required
- registration period (opening and closing dates)
- Unit of expenditure
Fees
The price of the service is a fixed €120.
