Recommendations

The structure of a page needs to be clear before the content is generated. Here you have a series of recommendations to ensure that users can easily access the information they need.

Texts

Clear, to the point and with no spelling mistakes.

  • Write in direct and simple language
  • Choose meaningful headers and sub-headers
  • Organise in inverted pyramid style - from most to least interesting
  • Limit sentences to a maximum of 20 words
  • Limit paragraphs to a maximum of 5 lines
  • Revise the text to ensure there are no grammar or spelling errors.A good option is get the text proofread

Images

All images must be of good quality.

The photographs that we download from the Internet need to be natural; that is they need to reflect reality.

Important:

  • Document names cannot contain accents, special characters or blank spaces, must be in lower case.Example: fotografia2019.jpg or fotografia_2019.jpg.Avoid: Fotografia 2019 (Web).jpg
  • Once the image has been uploaded to the web, it is not advisable to change the document name
  • Photographs must be optimised for the web, and must not exceed 2MB in size
