Management permissions

A user receives permissions to manage the website of an event when they are assigned the role Organising Committee.This committee allows the following permissions:

  •  Managing the attendees
  •  Managing new pages
  •  Editing the programme
  •  Editing the speakers
  •  Editing the sponsors
  •  Contacting the attendees
  •  Previewing the draft

Additional permissions may be given, depending on each specific case.

Centralised and additional permissions

Contact the esdeveniments.udg.edu administrators if these permissions are not sufficient.Some aspects of management are centralised from the administration of the platform but permissions can also be assigned, depending on each specific case.
