June call

  • 14, 17, 18 and 19 July: 1st-choice allocations
  • 19 July: appeals and final allocations
  • 26 and 27 July: assigned to 2nd- and further-choice allocations
  • 6 and 7 September: appeals against 2nd assignment and 3rd allocation
  • 14 September: 4th allocation
  • 21 September: 5th allocation
  • 27 September: 6th allocation

Note

  1. Before you start your enrolment, check your personal details and the allowances section
  2. You can only make changes on the day you enrol. After then you will have to contact the academic secretary’s office by email to sacademica.aec@udg.edu, explaining your particular case
  3. Download the UdGApp from your Apple Store or Android on the day after your enrolment. Your student ID card will appear once you identify yourself and enter your personal area

Online enrolment

You can enrol from any computer with an internet connection, Mondays to Fridays, from 8 am from the morning to 1 am. Online enrolment will close, depending on the established calendar, at 11 pm on the last day of enrolment

Payment

If you are not the account’s holder you will have to provide the holder’s authorisation, before you enrol. You will find the document to fill in, sign and upload in the same online procedure called "Bank details communication or amendment”.

Calls

You have three exam sessions for passing each of the subjects in (one every year).Being “absent” will count as having attended the exam.

You can prevent your exam session from being counted by requesting its cancellation any time up until the date established in the Faculty of Sciences’ exam session cancellation calendar.
