Enrolment calendar

For students retaking the 1st-, 2nd-, 3rd-,4th- and 5th-year Bachelor's degree and DD 2022/23

12 to 15July 2022

  • 12 to 15 July - Students with + 160 passed credits (from 10 am on)
  • 12 to 15 July - Students of Dual bachelor’s degrees with + 180 passed credits (from 10 am on)
  • 12 to 15 July - Students with + 100 passed credits (from 3 pm on)
  • 12 to 15 July - Dual bachelor's degree students with 118 passed credits (from 3 pm on)
  • 13 to 15 July - All other bachelor's- and dual bachelor’s-degree students (from 10 am on)

Information required

Students who do not enrol during this period must present an online application at the Academic Secretary's Office but places cannot be guaranteed.

3rd and 4th year students on the Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science (except Chemistry) who wish to enrol for an Optional Module will have complete the full enrolment.

The students who are enrolled for the academic year 2021/22 in "internships" (period of summer) September call, do not need to enrol again for this subject (PE). You will need to enrol for all the other credits in July.

If you need to enrol for fewer than 24 credits during the Academic year 2022-23 you will need to come over and enrol in person at the Faculty’s Academic Secretary’s Office



  • We recommend you that you read the UdG academic progress regulations
  • Before enrolling on the bachelor's thesis, please check the regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree subjects only have THREE calls, one per academic year.
  • Cancellation of the call only applies to the right to take the exam, in other words, you are still enrolled for the subject and the following year the charge for second and third enrolment will be applied.



Students wishing to apply for a grant should visit the UdG Grant Department website.


Enter “My UdG” and go to your record in enrolment 2022/23.

Once you are on the enrolment page you will be able to access all the information that you need to be able to enrol.

Remember you will be asked for:

Username: UdG number

Password: your email password

Payment: the online enrolment system requires payment by direct debit whether paying in a single payment or instalments. For these purposes you will have to fill in the bank-details communication section on the printed enrolment application form. To enrol it is essential for you to fill in the direct debit section (requiring your 24-digit IBAN international bank account number) and declare you are the holder of the account or, in exceptional cases, produce authorisation from the holder of the account and a photocopy of their ID document.
