Faculty

The Porter's Office is responsible for the building’s proper functioning. You should inform the Porter's Office if any part or element of the building is found to be working incorrectly.

Closed during: Christmas and Easter holidays and in August (except on first and last days at the Faculty of Sciences Building, according to annual calendar).

The Academic Secretary's Office organises and manages administrative and academic procedures. You should contact the Secretary’s Office for general information and other matters such as curricular assessments, certificates, validated credit transfers and adaptations, extraordinary examination sessions, final-attempt examination sessions, enrolments, academic recognition, degrees, report transfers and various applications.

Many procedures can now be carried out online through the Virtual Secretary's Office. (La meva UdG --> Record --> Procedures)

The curriculum secretary’s office is responsible for supporting curriculum coordinators with managing the subjects’ programme, setting timetables, calendars and educational programmes, as well as managing the use of the Faculty’s classrooms and spaces.

The Faculty is responsible for managing and arranging the curriculum. Management falls to the dean’s office, which runs the Faculty’s educational activities and administrative and budgetary management.

The Economics Secretary's Office organises and manages the administrative and financial procedures relating to the performance of the budget.

The Internships Office is responsible for providing information on internships associated with the faculty’s studies. It does all the management work relating to contact with companies, centres or institutions and sings the corresponding agreements.

The Computer Service is responsible for providing IT support for the faculty’s teaching and administration as well as maintaining the equipment and IT classes and installed programmes.

The computer classrooms are used to support all kinds of teaching and practical activities. When there are no classes in progress, students can also use them to do their work or check their emails or academic record.

The four IT classrooms are on the ground floor of Section 3 of the faculty building. Students need to log into their personal accounts and enter their passwords before they can use the computers .

Students have 300 lockers of various sizes at their disposal, which operate with one-euro or 50-centim coins but return them once students finish using them. They are distributed in several parts of Faculty of Sciences building and need to be empty by the end of week.

The Faculty has a service of cafe placed in the ground floor of the building. 

Opening hours

School period from Monday to Friday of 8.00 to  20.00hr.
Days of reduced timetable: (from 8.00 to 16.00hr) 11/10/2021 - 07/12/2021 - 23/12/2021 - 07/01/2022 - 22/04/2022  and of the 23/06/2022 until 09/09/2022.
