The Academic Secretary's Office organises and manages administrative and academic procedures. You should contact the Secretary’s Office for general information and other matters such as curricular assessments, certificates, validated credit transfers and adaptations, extraordinary examination sessions, final-attempt examination sessions, enrolments, academic recognition, degrees, report transfers and various applications.

1 October to 31 May. Monday to Friday mornings: from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm / Tuesday afternoons: from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm
June and September: Mondays to Fridays, from 9.30 am to 1.45 pm
July: Mondays to Fridays, from 9.30 am to 1.15 pm
Closed during: Christmas and Easter holidays and in August.
